					<description><![CDATA[I am considering doing this as well.  I was just reading about how MSG is hidden in our foods under tons of different names!  Makes me so mad!  Definitely interested in seeing how you have accomplished this.  I did whole30 a couple times and it seems like that would be the only way to avoid additives!?]]></description>

I&#039;ve been following you for years and often find encouragement here.  Today, I&#039;m a bit confused though.  What do you mean by &#039;chemical free&#039;?  How does one go chemical free, when we are in fact made of chemicals and consume chemicals ...all...the...time.  From water (H2O) to, well, everything.  So, I&#039;m just not understanding what you mean.  Do you mean that you&#039;re eating whole foods, like making everything from scratch and mostly eating things like meat, veggies, fruit, etc?  Perhaps I am taking this too literally but I genuinely would love to know what you&#039;ve taken out in case it could benefit our family too.

We are making homemade granola bars,  and applesauce and snacks for us and the kids. I have noticed a change in my girls (less high strung). For me I am losing weight (unfortunately the pain is still there) but my energy in increasing.]]></description>

There are a lot of great foods to add and if you have any questions, please reach out. I’m obviously not an expert but can answer a lot of questions about eating clean (as well as home and personal care products too).]]></description>

So I’m curious what did you feed them ?? and please don’t  tell me just fruits and veggies because I have a 4 and 6 year old that only eat veggies and fruit in smoothies- and because we are always running we grab gold fish, Cheerios, granola bars, apple sauce pouches, cheese sticks before soccer, ballet, more soccer and more ballet and swim. I&#039;m dealing with an ectopic pregnancy right now, and the drug I have taken to deal with it is a folic acid inhibitor. Until that&#039;s over, I can pretty much only eat meat and dairy (which are lowest in natural or artificial folic acid). I don&#039;t know how lions do it. I need a salad so badly!

Anyway, I&#039;m looking forward to your future posts on this subject, especially if you have ideas on how to feed your family chemical-free foods without breaking the bank. If you have ideas for getting husbands and preschoolers on board too, I&#039;d so love to read that!]]></description>
