So what do you suggest telling parents of millennials who do not believe in a God who intervenes in our daily lives. My experience is that many of these parents don’t believe in God.

I have had post partum depression, and now what I would diagnose as anxiety. It has gotten better but I still have my moments. When my son was little, I was obviously worried about SIDS. Someone told me that God would watch over him at night, I never worried again about SIDS, because that brought me peace. Of course, I still worried about everything else, but at least I was able to give that part of worry over to God, and it helped.

Thank you for this beautiful piece. I should read this everyday. I have experienced this anxiety since my son was born, and it has gotten worse now that I have a daughter aswell. To the point that I don’t want to leave the house anymore, in order to keep my children safe. I know I should work on it, as everyone so often tells me, but that is so much easier said than done in a country where white genocide is at the order of the day. But thank you for reminding us that we have a powerfull and loving God.
